Woods Property Owners Association website. We are a deed restricted
community, made up of hard-working families sharing in the dream of home
ownership, while enjoying country living. The association was established in September of 2005 by the developer, Joe
Gerlich, with the first meeting being held September 13, 2005. The Forest Woods
community has been growing by leaps and bounds since they began selling lots
several years ago, with about 90 homes in our Community built so far. The goal
of our Property Owner's Association is to make this a great place to live for
everyone. We hope that this site will be a valuable tool and information resource, to be
used by everyone as needed. If you would like to make suggestions or comments

Anyone needing information regarding the Forest Woods Property
Owner's Association may make a request to Diamond Association Management &
Consultants. Diamond will make every effort to comply with requests in a timely
manner. It will be necessary for the requestor to pay for the copying of
documents or reimburse Diamond for any costs incurred to provide documentation
